Its was our first time in Switzerland We had great time

− The faucet in the kitchen was calcified and hardly any water came out. The iron in the water pipes must have oxidized as the water from the kitchen sink tap was browny red when we first arrived. I received too many emails There was only one chopping board and this had been melted at some places. The knives were not sharpened and there was no knife sharpener and no scissors.

− bad description for finding ski lockers bedsheets and towel service was not clearly communicated (how to get them and that there is extra charge for it) as well as instructions on cleaning unclear.
WE HAVE LOT OF FUN BUT TO GO THERE IT WAS SCARED TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE MOUNTAIN
