8.0− Ein Fliegengittet an der Balkontür haben wir vermisst,und vielleicht mehr Ablagemäglichkeiten.
Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in praktischer Lage.
7.0Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 3 Personen und so gelegen, dass man fußläufig die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Ein Supermarkt nebenan und der Parkplatz vor der Tür waren auch sehr praktisch. Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsseltresor war auch toll, da man flexibel war.
− Die Balkontüren waren schwer zu schließen. Das Klopapier war an einer ungünstigen Stelle angebracht. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären schön gewesen. Auf den ersten Blick eine moderne Wohnung, aber schaut man genauer hin, viele kaputte oder dreckige Ecken. Unschön fanden wir auch den großen Hinweiszettel, was uns alles in Rechnung gestellt werden würde, wenn wir Möbel verrücken oder versehentlich was beschädigen...

5.0Klidná lokalita a dostupnost
− Neměli jsme ustlanou třetí postel a pod postelí byl prach a povlečení bylo zmuchlané a nevonělo, na dně v odpadkovém koši byly shnilé zbytky jídla a na 4 dny byla v kuchyni jen jedna utěrka a nádobí nebylo zkontrolováno, bylo místy špinavé, nikde nebyly náhradní sáčky do koše.Mrzí nás to, protože máme rádi toto ubytování a již jsme ho několikrát v minulosti využili a byli jsme spokojení.Rada pro majitele zní- vyměňte toho, kdo v apartmánu má na starost úklid, myslím, že už ho práce nebaví a neváží si jí.Toto se dá všechno změnit.Co ale je ještě nepříjemné, je postel, která vrže při každém pohybu.Těšili jsme se domů na tu svojí kvalitní.Dobrá postel je základ.Celý den relaxujete v lázních a pak špatná postel.Měl by jste do ní investovat.Děkujeme.
