8.0Супер любезный хозяин, который постарался сделать наше проживание максимально удобным. Встретил нас, угостил черешней с дерева во дворе. И вообще старался, как мог. Квартира маленькая и темноватая, т.к. находится в полуподвальном помещении. Но в целом, в ней есть все, что нужно для жизни. Полноценная кухня, с посудой, маслом и солью. Множество мелочей в душе, что тоже приятно. Парковочное место во дворике (немного тесный въезд, но ничего критичного). Прекрасное транспортное сообщение буквально в 5-7 мин пешком. Недалеко LIDL и большой торговый центр.
− единственный, но серьезный минус этого жилья - спальное место это раскладной диван. Во-первых, узковат для двоих, во-вторых, не смотря на намотрасник, это конечно, не полноценная кровать. Спать было не очень удобно, но это единственный минус.
