− ללא מזגן, היה מאוד חם והשמש לכיוון המרפסת כך שאי אפשר היה לפתוח חלונות . הגינה לא מזמינה כמו שנראית בתמונות. הריהוט מיושן. לא מקבלים כרטיס אשראי
