− Погана шумоізоляція, чутно що відбувається в туалеті і дуже чутно зранку трамвай.

10.0Дуже чиста квартира ,гарний ремонт ,зручні ліжка .Приємні власники ,завжди на зв"язку ,поселились без проблем .Знаходиться в самому центрі ,тому все знаходиться в пішій доступності .Однозначно рекомендую ,все сподобалось !

9.0Дуже гарна квартира, однозначно відповідає ціні! Хотілось би трошки кращі умови на кухні і щоб підлога так не скрипіла)) а в цілому все достойно!
Дуже затишні апартаменти! Дуже чисто і дуууже зручне ліжко. Привітні господарі! Все було чудово!
