6.0Die Lage ist top, Besitzer super nett, Wohnung sehr groß und sauber, aber.....
− ..... Ausstattung mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, Fronten krumm und schief, Küche leider nur notdürftig bestückt. ! Foto mit dem roten Handwerkerhaus ist sehr irreführend, denn es ist nur ein Gebäude in der Nachbarschaft !
