− Cleaning upon check in was not up to standard with a broken toilet and shower caddy that needed to be reported
Great stay, really enjoyable.
9.0Very nice cottage, very clean, all amenities worked. Comfortable, quiet and convenient location near motorway. Property management team was accessible even during holidays with quick response.
− There was a glitch with the electronic processes to login into portal for welcome pack. Quickly resolved via mails. Biggest issue is the garbage management. The welcome pack describes the recycling and other garbage management but is inconsistent with Wokingham council website. Since collections only happen weekly, tenants cannot dispose the garbage when leaving on a non-collection day.
