Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Kurzes Video für den Check-In. Die Lage , in 5 min ist man mit dem Bus in Lugano. Sehr Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung .

The city and the surroundings are beautiful.

− The host sent me instructions for the apartment, including the list of all possible fines, if I do something wrong. At the end I've got another message with threats in combination with fines, if I don't carry out the thrash or return the key or leave the parking on time etc... The parking was charged more than the price they have written in the apartment. I would never even mention the ants in the room and greasy dishes and pots, since I am not a complaining person. However, there were a few drops too many. This is really not hospitality. And now very important! Regarding the trash - as a Booking tourist in general, I find it unacceptable that a tourist must take care of it. As first, the tourist pays for cleaning and this should be included. As second, where should a tourist find a proper waste container and know the local regulations about waste separation as they are slightly different in different countries. Especially in centre of big cities you see tourists with waste bags searching for waste containers, which is ridicules. Dear Booking, I experienced such requirements first with airbnb and was shocked first and now also with Booking. I think you have the power to require from someone who earns from tourism, that it's his responsibility to handle it!

The Property is compact but has what you need, barely.

− This property does not look like the pictures when you arrive. I asked for a sofa bed to be made, and we were left no linens, only the bare bedding uncovered in the closet. The property charges separate for parking and its 20 CHF per day. The kitchen does not even have any paper towels or napkins provided, none. We had to go to the store to buy some and come back. Also, this property has not one kitchen item in the kitchen for cooking use, no salt and pepper even, nothing. They provided coffee capsules and sugar packets. That is exactly everything in the kitchen just coffe and sugar. We had to buy a small bottle of olive oil and salt and pepper as basics. The bed has bare linens that are nothing what the photo showed and its basic, two pillows and a sheet. There was no duvet, and I was quite cold at night. The balcony had all the cleaning supplies on it. The host was very responsive until I asked for a slight late checkout, then the tone became quite short and the response no longer personal and was delayed and when they finally responded, I was told 11 instead of 10 was all they could do. Also, this property has a very late check-in time of 16, while most properties have a checkin time of 15. The wifi was ok, but would cut in and out a bit. Honestly, if you need a quick place to place, just know that this place is the bare minimum and provides nothing, not even paper towels or salt and pepper, nothing. So come prepared.
