− Attenzione, ci sono 2 piani di scale strette da fare per salire. Riscaldamento poco efficiente.

10.0Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit. Er holte uns von Bahnhof ab und hatte gute Restaurant Tipps. Auch bei der frühmorgendlichen Rückfahrt war er bei der Organisation eines Taxis behilflich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im historischen Bordighera mit netten Lokalitäten in der nahen Umgebung. Man fühlt sich fast wie ein "Einheimischer". Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

7.0L'host è molto disponibile e l'appartamento, nonostante le ridotte dimensioni, era accogliente, Letto super comodo e bagno nuovo e ben funzionate. Bene anche la cucina comoda ed attrezzata. La posizione è superlativa e basta non essere pigri e fare un po di discesa e salita per raggiungere le spiagge godendo di un panorama unico e speciale.
− Il condizionatore un pò rumoroso poichè il corpo motore è interno e l'aria deve sempre funzionare dato che è molto soleggiato. Sono certa che l'host, avvisato di questo disagio è venuto subito a controllare e troverà una soluzione perchè ha verificato anche lui che il condizionatore emetteva troppo rumore ed era bloccato su modalità aria condizionata senza possibilità d mettere deumidificatore.

10.0Emplacement parfait, dans la vieille ville. Quartier vivant mais l’appartement est extrêmement bien isolé donc nous ne sommes pas gênés par le bruit. À 2 pas de tout. Appartement refait à neuf, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipé. Merci à Gianluca pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité ainsi que sa discrétion.
