9.0Joli appartement spacieux en rez de chaussée de la villa des propriétaires. Un grand salon , cuisine équipée ( sans lave vaisselle ). 3 chambres spacieuses et confortables. Une salle de bain avec baignoire ( facile à enjamber ), lavabos et WC et une salle d'eau avec lavabo et WC. Climatisation avec deux splits ( un dans le salon et un dans le couloir des chambres) WIFI efficace et fonctionnel. Place de parking devant l'appartement. Sur la semaine nous n'avons quelle que soit l'heure pas eu de difficulté à nous garer. Appartement très propre. Bonne literie. Supermarché très proche ( 5 minutes en voiture ). Hôte très sympathique et accueillante

7.0The price, location for marble buyers is perfect since it’s in between Verona and affi. So best of both worlds
− While the owners living upstairs was not a major issue, it did make us feel a little less comfortable at times. As we were there purely for a work trip and spent very little time at the house, we occasionally felt somewhat monitored rather than having the privacy we expected.
