7.0Viel Raum, Nähe Zentrum, ruhige Lage. Freundlicher Vermieter.
− Falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung der Wohnung: Kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine dunkle Kellerwohnung. Nur ein Bett und ein Schlafsofa. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft: kaum Besteck, Kochen schwierig. Duschkopf undicht, Kühlschranktür fiel ab, Schlafsofa marode (ein Brett fiel raus). Vor der Haustür jede Menge Dreck und ein räudiger Hund.
