9.0Está bien ubicado y limpio. Tiene todos los servicios básicos. Detergente y cápsulas para la lavadora, suavizante, lavavajillas, papel de cocina, papel higiénico, cepillo de dientes de cortesía, botella de agua, sal, aceite, vinagre... Tiene una terracita muy acogedora para disfrutar de las vistas.
− La bañera se desconchaba cada vez que te duchabas. No podías ducharte y abrir ningún otro grifo o poner la lavadora porque te salía agua fría o muy caliente. No sé puede beber agua del grifo, no es potable.

7.0El apartamento en si estaba bastante bien, dimensiones generosas, un muy buen salón con una buena terraza. Buenas ubicación.
− El portal donde se encuentra, da algo de reparo con muebles en el descansillo. Hace falta una reforma en cocina y baño
