− No estaba limpio, ni el suelo ni nada. No había persiana en la habitación , y al dormir en el salón, eso se nota por la mañana con la luz. Los radiadores no iban. Y para lo q cuesta NO vale ese precio.

9.0Apartamento con mucha luz, puedes levantar la persiana de la gran ventana del salón completamente y solo verás árboles y a ningún vecino. Para los que vengan como yo sin coche tienes dos paradas de subida y dos de bajada de la línea 691 que conecta con Madrid, a 5 y 11 minutos andando desde el estudio.
− Es un 4 piso sin ascensor.
