10.0The accommodation was excellent. Clean comfortable and really nice environment to stay in. The owner was extremely flexible and generous and made our stay a great experience.

5.0Ruim appartement. Jammer dat er geen vaatwasser is en in de douche alleen een handzeep.
− Het appartement ligt niet in de beste buurt van Eastbourne: onder andere veel beveiliging in dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt en redelijk veel schimmige figuren op de hoofdstraat, ook overdag. Verder nogal vijandige bewoners: op advies van de verhuurder hebben wij onze auto niet naast het appartement geparkeerd maar iets verder. Desondanks zijn daar s’nachts bij onze auto als enige in de straat alle ruitenwissers omgebogen en de achteruitkijkspiegel naar achteren gedraaid.

Nice place, parking wasn't an issue, fairly quiet location, close to beach, park and shops.
8.0The place is larger then the pictures show and the property layout in my opinion was very good.
− The windows were hard to lock in the double bedroom, so we had the eldest boy sleep by that just in case, I'd suggest some WD-40 to be sprayed to loosen it all up throughout. That was the only issue. The place was very nice and the location for the beach and shops etc is excellent

Great place to stay to access Eastbourne and surrounding areas.
9.0Easy to park, close to the beach and near enough to walk into Eastbourne town centre. There are take aways and local shops very close to the property.
− We could find any scissors to open packets.
