− Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Mobiliar entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen für eine Wohlfühlzeit: Veraltetes Mobiliar (Wohnzimmer, defekter Sessel, Sofa mit mehreren Stockflecken, Tisch und Schrank aus vergangenen Zeiten (70iger Jahre oder früher, leider ohne Charme) Vorhänge ebenso… ) Küche: Küchenutensilien teilweise verschmutzt, zusammen gewürfelt Backofen verschmutzt, Dichtung defekt Bad befindet sich hinter der Küche, sehr eng. Sehr steile Treppe zu Wohn- und Schlafraum
Quiet apartment close to river
9.0The accommodation is in very calm part of the city, close to the River. There hosts are really nice and reachable anytime I need anything. The apartment is quiet, super clean and furnished with everything needed including dishwasher. There are restaurants in walking distance, it is also not dar from the bus station to city center (or you can reach city center in 10 minutes by walk). I stayed there 2 weeks for business trip and it was perfect for all of my needs.
− In general there is nothing 😊 The stairs are steep (and you need to use them everytime you need bathroom or water) but I knew it already from the photos (its good communicated) and its nothing that could be change.

10.0The hostess is a wonderful lady, we had a nice and helpful communication. The apartment is perfect for short and long stay, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, a super cozy living room and a very comfortable bedroom. Hiking areas by the Elba are nearby. The place is a great holiday spot.

− Für mich zwar kein Problem, aber sie hat eine sehr steile Treppe.

8.0Freundlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern, 1a-Lage, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustür, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles unkompliziert, vielen Dank!
− Für Bewegungseingeschränkte oder Sehbehinderte: Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind über eine sehr steile Treppe zu erreichen. Im Bad sind die Verhältnisse beengt. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.
