− Pas d'accueil physique, une piscine moyennement entretenue, un rapport-qualité prix moyen car belle prestation mais quand même très chère surtout : attention à bien faire l'état des lieux à votre arrivée en envoyant des photos des équipements détériorés car il a fallu se battre en fin de séjout pour ne pas payer des détériorations commises avant notre occupation...

Pool sauber und allein genutzt Kein Lärm durch Mitbewohner Sicheres appartement.. Platz genug zum parken Ausreichend sauberes bettzeug

− Baustelle in der nähe erheblicher Lärm 1 liege defekt Spühlmaschienentüre defekt Gauptsicherung fällt raus wenn 2 grössere Verbraucher gleichzeitig laufen Müll konnte nicht a Gebäude entsorgt werden .. dafür musste man zu ner Sammelstelle im Dorf... Dusche läuft schlecht ab Türen klemmen beim zumachen.. Putz fällt im gangbereich von der Wand ab Vermutlich ist die Wand mal nass geworden Im Nebenhaus ist die dusche Tisch Terrasse gat viele brandlöcher Ceranfeld Platte hatte im er wieder Ausfälle

Schöner Familienurlaub am Comer See mit Pool

Die Anreise war angenehm aufgrund des Anreise Videos. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und der Pool war perfekt. Die Garage war auch für einen VW Sharan groß genug. Der See konnte zu Fuß in ca.7 Minuten bergab erreicht werden. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr gut. Die Übernachtung auf der Couch war etwas weich, aber somit für 6 Personen gut möglich. Die Klimaanlage hat das Objekt gut gekühlt. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Liked the pool & the garden with comfortable chairs overlooked the pool where the kids played. Private parking. Washing machine. 12 minute walk to the lake beach. Communication with host was easy, gave good local recommendations.

− Small living room. Problem with electricity in the apartment... If you want to make coffee while your warming a pizza in the oven, that's impossible...then you must go down to the parking lot to reset the main fuse. Not enough shampoo, soap for family for so many days. A tv in the bedroom would be nice.

The swimming pool was nice and warm, the view in the mountains, the localisation was great, no noise, very well equipped (dishwasher, laundry), climatisation

− the dishwasher door was a bit broken but we sent a picture to the host and it was ok, broken air conditioner for one night, the view was lot really on the lake more on the mountain and trees (the lake was behind the trees), hard to find by car initially but afterwards it was good, trash containers are far (150m away)
