5 min walking to the metro station. Very nice view on the canal. Tiny but tidy apartment with al comforts. Especially the bed is very comfortable. The host has been very kind and reachable if anything needed during the stay..

− Price a little bit high for the flat: it was quite small. Not really comfortable for a tall person

No wifi offered, no any described facility offered, the deal is unfair

− We booked 3 nights. when we checked in, we found there is no WiFi . For us is very difficult if without WiFi . So I proposed to the house owner to agree our free cancellation and we stay just one night and pay the cash to him (in fact I don’t want to stay even just one night as it’s really difficult for us to work without wifi). He told us it’s difficult to contact booking and he will contact booking on the second day. Then on the morning of second day , he refused our free cancellation request on booking and argued that it is clearly written on the room description that there is no WiFi offered . Ok, I agree he is correct, in the description it shows no WiFi, which we didn’t notice when we made the 3 night booking. ( I never imagined there will be a non-wifi room on booking.com) But if the owner is a fair person and helpful, he should agree our free cancellation. Then he can sell the other two nights to other guests who accepts no WiFi . In this way he also suffer no loss. After he refused our cancellation request, he sent message to me on WhatsApp , telling me must contact booking , otherwise he will come to collect the keys. What? If you refused our cancellation request , then our booking should be continued, why you threatened you will come to collect keys if I don’t inform booking. I felt being threatened. On the other hand , the hotel shows they had a lot of facility like bowling balls, ping pang balls, bicycle, riding, archery, fishing, tennis, etc, but they actually don’t offer any of these entertainment facility. If you declared you don’t have WiFi and refuse free cancellation because you declared, ok , you are right. BUT If you declared you have many facilities which you don’t actually have , what’s your argument ? So I think it’s totally an unfair deal. I suggest booking.com to double check this room’s description and stop cheating anymore.

Very happy with my weekend there.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very nicely renovated with new fittings. The beds were new and very comfortable with nice bedding.

− I felt that, it was rather over-priced for the size. The kitchen is in the entrance, it isn't a room in itself. In fact it is a studio apartment.
