10.0The condo was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Mike and Gina gave exact instructions on how to locate the condo and check in.They were very attentive to messages. Really enjoyed staying here.
− That the only access to the condo was by stairs.

8.0The set up of the property is perfect for kids or for two couples. I loved the large TV’s in the main bedroom and family room. There are a lot of amenities, but we didn’t use them. The location was perfect. Thank you for the use of your home. I know you just purchased it and putting your own touches to the home.
− Bathroom shower curtain looked like it had mold on it or was very dirty. We sprayed it with Lysol spray. The water kept getting the floor wet. You might consider a glass door. The tile grout was getting bad. Except for the master bathroom didn’t look clean. PLEASE offer sugar packets and coffee mate for coffee. Should tell people it’s on 3rd floor.

10.0The condo had everything for us, including a crackpot! We loved the location as it was minutes to the beach and the aquarium that our oldest was doing a camp at. We were all comfortable, and our youngest loved the pull out couch because she got the biggest tv. :) The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could need.
