− No tiene aire acondicionado, aunque lo indica en la descripción. En Isla Plana-Murcia en verano hace mucho calor, por mucho que la propiedad diga que siempre corre aire y tiene ventiladores de techo. Hacía mucho calor en la casa a todas las horas del día, no bajaba de 27 grados
