The place has an amazing view of the town looking out to sunset. The pool and trampoline were great for the family. And with an easy walk to the main plaza.

− In one room the AC wasn't the best but it didn't cause any problems. Also, Kalavarda isn't a great place to be without a car. This does not take away from the accommodation.

Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter Nikos und Alexandra. Wir hatten erholsame Tage bei Ihnen. Wunderbare Aussicht auf Kalavarda und das Meer. Aufmerksame und nette Vermieter. Man könnte sogar einen Mietwagen vor Ort beim Vermieter Nikos buchen. Das werden wir auch das nächste Mal machen.

We felt truly at home with Alexandra and Nikos. They welcomed us warmly and provided us with all kinds of homemade treats, eggs from their own chickens, and even some additional basic food supplies so we didn’t have to go shopping right away. The view is simply stunning, the apartment is spacious, comfy and clean, and it has everything you need. We even found a few new bedtime books for our son — only the toys in the garden were worn-out (we did not use the pool so we can’t say anything about it). The apartment is set back and very quiet, offering wonderful views of the sea and the surroundings from the terrace or even directly from the bed. Everything is easy to reach by car, and it’s a great starting point for all kinds of excursions as well as for visiting the lovely seaside tavernas. We rented our car directly from Nikos, which we can also highly recommend. Thank you Alexandra and Nikos for this wonderful stay!

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett,man bekommt Wein ,Eier,Marmelade und Honig

− Die Wohnung ist über eine aussen Treppe zu erreichen Der Pool ist ein aufstell Pool mit einer Gehbehinderung gar nicht rein zu kommen. Die aussen Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Und ab morgens Hühner Geschrei und den ganzen Tag Hunde gebelle

First of all, we fell in love with the dog and the cats 🐈 . (Tip: support them and buy some catfood if you can). Furthermore, the hosts do everything to make you as comfort as possible. Everything you need is there. Maybe you have more at home but if you're on holiday you don't need everything. You have the sun, a great appartement, a great swimmingpool, what more do you need? If you want the business of a touristic centre, go somewhere else! h Here you find all the peace you want, far away from the crowds but still nearby the beach or other things. Get a car and get around. You can even rent a car at this place!

Un super emplacement une tres belle terrasse mais l environnement est moyen

La terrasse avec une tres belle vue. 2 tres grandes chambres. Un tres bon wifi. Un propriétaire avenant.

− Une cuisine insuffisante que ce soit en terme d équipements ou de design. Un jardin et un coin piscine a améliorer au niveau de la proprete et de la presentation. Des décors et bibelots en total disparités sans intérêts et surtout un gros point noir par le fait que le propriétaire est un loueur de voiture et utilise aspirateur et kartcher le matin des 8h perturbant les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse
