9.0Die Lage in Ellerstadt ist direkt an der Tramhaltestelle, welche einen bis nach Bad Dürkheim bringt. Das ist sehr entspannt und angenehmen. Von der Tram bekommt man in der Wohnung nichts mit und es ist auch sonst sehr ruhig in der Wohnung bzw. im Ort. Man kann endlich mal wieder die Stille hören. Zugang war einfach und die Wohnung bzw. der Eingang liegt im Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Hat unserer Erwartung voll entsprochen.

10.0Location is excellent - opposite the tram stop to Bad Durkheim or Mannheim! Parking off road and very close to property. Easy place to find in the village. The facilities offered in the Wonung were absolutely first class - everything had been provided.

7.0Super Lage! Bahnanschluss direkt vor der Haustür nach Mannheim bzw. nach Bad Dürkheim! Ringsherum Weinanbau. Schöne Wege zum Wandern bzw.Radfahren.
− Wohnzimmer ist recht dunkel und die Fernsehprogramme sind verstellt, sodass man ständig suchen muss.

8.0Vom Notizblock und Kugelschreiber bis zur Waschmaschine alles vorhanden. Matratzen mit Topper perfekt! Trotz gegenüberliegender Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, liegt die FW in ruhiger Lage. Im Ort gibt es eine Bäckerei, gute Gaststätten und viele Winzer.
− ARD und Regionalprogramme im TV leider nicht auffindbar. Vor-eingestellte Fernsehprogramme mit einer dazugehörigen Liste wäre erfreulich. Kann aber auch sein, dass viele Gäste viel verstellen?
