9.0Strategic location, clean, neat, and good for money. It has gym and swimming pool facility.
− There was no hanger in the bathroom, and the drainage was not working very well. The treadmill in the gym area was broken when I stayed.
It needs to improve the communication.
8.0The location, easy check-in, clean unit, and has all the facilities (gym, pools, Park, etc).
− The apartment that I got was not similar to the photos advertised. The owner explained that the unit shown in the photos had an issue with leakage and was under maintenance, so I got an alternative unit. While I am OK with this, I hoped the owner could communicate it beforehand. Otherwise, it could be considered a scam. I was shocked when arriving at the unit, and all the items were completely different from the photos.
