7.0This is a small condo type unit located within walking distance of downtown Coco. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, a store and sports bar within a few blocks which are handy. This unit was located upstairs, which was okay for us. It has a kitchenette, small living room area, two bedrooms and one small bathroom. The pool and laundry were close by on the property and other guests were friendly.

8.0Swimming pool was marvelous. Beach was just walking distance. All equipment was ok. Breakfast on the balcony is a must.
− Difficult to find. There are no numbers of the houses. You are looking for something called Aquamarine. Not easy to find in the evening.

9.0The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay. We liked eating breakfast on the balcony. We saw a hummingbird in the bushes below us. The area was very quiet. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes, and the busy part of town was a few minutes further. We did not stay long enough to use the shared washer and dryer, but that is a nice feature. The contact person, Daniel, responded very quickly to our questions, via WhatsApp.
