8.0It was near where needed to be
− It was ill equipped, in the kitchen cheap cutlery that bent when using, one bowl for cereal, dirty toaster, bin doesn't close. bathroom skirting dirty, beds uncomfortable. Pillows so old they were flat with no protectors and one with no pillow case. No blinds in kitchen. Fan/heater didnt work and was dirty. No working extractor in bathroom. Tv in bedroom not living room. Dining table leg bent in so could collapse, wonky chair. Neighbours were a bit off putting as drunk and noisy. Front of building so scruffy we nearly turned around. Whoops forgot dirty windows. Foid splatters on wall by bin. NEEDS SOME ATTENTION.

− There was no parking lost straight by the door, but considering where this is located, the payable car park was only 2 minutes walk, seems reasonable
Disappointing
4.0Bedroom is ok but sadly no function of the Tv
− Location, people arguing in facilities ie the neighbour. Cannot watch tv. Even Netflix didn’t work.
