Great facillity well equipped (bathroom ,kitchen, dinning room, salon and restroom, giant patio with the caldera view, semi panoramic tub for 2 people. Maria (house agent) is very helpfull in info and arranging tours around (connected us to a very good boat tour) Location: Good location (...20 stairs to get there), lots of tasty restarounts , bars coffe houses and supermarkets nearby the facillity. Amazing view with very slow wind at evening time (July..) Will reccomend it to others for sure.

− Housekeeping service 20€ per each time No service of even changing towels without it. Been there 5 nights (in the first 2 nights the water in the tub was frozen and only after someone operated the heat in it (i guess) for plessent temp (its a hot period in Greece so i didnt mind entering). Busses stop only every 30-60 min (we rented an atv nearby because parking for cars is hard to get near by at evening time) Pretty slow pressure in shower (but i heard all greece is in a water problem this summer so its for good ) Safe key(no digital) ,need to walk out with the keys

L'appartamento è molto bello, la vista spettacolare, godrete di tramonti meravigliosi, nulla da invidiare ai vari ristoranti con vista sparsi nelle vicinanze. Ci siamo rilassati tra il terrazzo e la Jacuzzi raggiungibile tramite la scala esterna che porta al terrazzo panoramico sopra l'appartamento, un vero sogno. L'appartamento è funzionale l'angolo cucina è piccolo, ma efficiente, gli spazi interni sono comodi come anche la doccia, sono presenti due condizionatori e il wifi. Per il resto nulla da dire, Maria host disponibile, chiara ed accogliente, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e le strutture consigliate, gradita la bottiglia di acqua fresca in frigo all'arrivo. Davvero consigliato, ne vale la pena.

− Ci è piaciuto tutto, ma possiamo dire che c'è un po' di umidità, ma va via accendendo il deumidificatore (rumoroso di notte magari da rivedere come soluzione) comunque ci sono due condizionatori. Consigliamo solo di mettere come kit in cucina una piccola fornitura d'olio d'oliva, di sale e di zucchero etc. al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato due capsule per la macchina del caffè, che essendo illy iperespresso non sono semplici da trovare.

Recomendado 100% tienes intimidad y Maria muy agradable, para mi es la mejor zona donde ubicarte ademas q al lado tienes una cupula preciosa para hacer fotos

The setting is ideal for a tranquil getaway with stunning scenery. Maria, our host, was incredibly thoughtful and consistently attentive to my inquiries. She assisted us in arranging transportation to the airport. The suite boasts lovely decor, is impeccably tidy, and is equipped with a wealth of amenities. We prepared our breakfast, and the kitchen is fully stocked.

− The water in the outdoor tub was not sufficiently warm for us to enjoy. I believe this could be enhanced for a more gratifying experience. Locating the village on our own proved somewhat challenging due to the absence of signs, yet after texting Maria, she promptly arrived to pickup us.

Fabulous location with amazing Caldera views. A short walk to restaurants and cafes and a short drive to other beautiful towns. The outdoor pool/tub with panoramic views was perfect.

− Water pressure a little light but still fine.
