Location was absolutely fabulous. Mario was super kind and helpful. For a very reasonably priced accommodation in Switzerland, I would definitely recommend this. If we visit again I'll be staying here!

Disappointing and too expensive

The position was close to the center within 15 minutes distance from station of interlaken, and the studio was clean.

− The facilities were ok but the bare minimum. E.g. the fridge was not working properly, in fact we had bought some groceries in the evening and the day after they were still warm and we had to throw them away because they were not safe to consume anymore. The studio itself was extremely hot, we had two small fans but they did not help in getting the air out. We had to book another hotel in the middle of the night because of the warmth, and even if during that night it rained and outside was around 20 degrees, inside the studio it was still very hot for the whole night and day after (all windows open continuously, even the door). It's not a bad accommodation but it's not worth that money (compared to the prices of the other nearby locations). We checked out earlier because the extreme heat of the accommodation caused a health issue with my legs (I went to the hospital) and still the structure didn't want to make an exception and make at least a partial refund (we had booked multiple days, and we checked out after the first day where as said above we went to a nearby hotel). The shower was small but functioning, there was no air flow in the bathroom at all. The building was pretty old and dusty.

Great location, clean, great communication by host, good value for money in an expensive location.

− The mattress was hard / uncomfortable but that might be a preference.

Locatie en de keuken faciliteiten

− De sleutel vinden was lastig. Zonder internet van reisgenoot had ik geen contact kunnen leggen met de host wat nodig was. De kamer was warm en het douche water snel koud. Ook was het erg duur voor een basic accomodatie. Er was geen buitenruimte.

an affordable stay in an amazing location

Amazing location, supermarket close by, lots of restaurants close by, bus stop 5 minutes away walking to very very central location. Super easy walk from train station to the accommodation. Also the Owner was very nice and understanding since we missed our train and got delayed by like 2-3 hours.

− Honestly the hygiene, the bathroom was not it at all but I always travel with slippers so that was okay. Also it did not have AC or any type of ventilation so during the night we had to open the window because it got a bit hot but bugs so yea and the small bed was not that great. Also we were staying with 3 people so it was a bit tight and crowded but if it’s just for sleeping, would 100% recommend
