9.0Facilities were super. The lay out was great. Spacious for us both and lots of light. The bonus was the washing machine and drier. Would return if it was available. Did need a car to get around the city and beyond.

3.0The place itself was nice and everything was clean and tidy.
− Didnt relise was shower over the bath and very little water pressure. Also planned to cook one night and had to get takeout due to the pots and pans wasnt compatible with the electric stove top so the hot plates wouldnt turn on.

Good to know
1. A refundable security deposit of $350 will be pre-authorised on your card the day before check-out, covering any damages or unapproved extra guests. Released within 7 days of check-out if no issues arise.
2. An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.
3. No smoking anywhere on the property — a $100 cleaning fee applies.
4. Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
