− Bedspread causes skin inflammation, sink was not working but they got it fixed after a day. Sofa was dirty too, causes skin irritation... need some deep cleaning

3.0− The apartment is dirty and neglected. Full of cockroaches. The bathroom is full of mold and the walls as well as the stainless steel parts in the bathroom are in a very neglected condition.
