We liked the space we had after being in hotel rooms (sometimes very small ones) for almost 3 weeks. There was a lovely view of the mountains on the balcony and it was close to the bus so we could get to and from the train station easily.

− We were using this stop as a location to embark on the Bernina Express. We thought this sounded like a lovely area, why not spend an extra day? Unfortunately, there was nothing to do and no where that we knew of that we could eat dinner after arriving at 20:00. We decided on a delivery meal that cost 40CHF for a dish of spaghetti, an order of French fries and a coke. We had to walk 20 minutes the next day to find pastries for breakfast so we bought extra for the following morning. The local restaurants didn’t always update their websites so we didn’t know which would actually be open if we decided to walk about. Many would only be opening a week or two after we left. In the room, I was disappointed that a couple of coffee pods and tea bags were not left to go with the coffee maker and kettle. Especially when it is hard to navigate a sleepy little town like this in the off season. I would have preferred if we chose to stay in St Moritz instead of Pontresina which I imagine might have more available to us. We had one full day there and we found pastries and and went on a hike.

Schöne Wohnung. Angenehme Bettwäsche, gutes Kissen und gute Betten. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

− Bilder stimmen nicht ganz, da die Fotos von zwei Appartement gemischt wurden. Das 3. Bett im Kinderzimmer hat gefehlt. Unser 1.80m grosser Sohn (15 Jahre) hat sich im oberen Bett des Kajütenbettes zurecht finden müssen. War ok. Das Sofa ist etwas zu weich. Man sinkt total hinein. Ein Aussenparkplatz wäre toll für Autos über 1.50m. Es hatte aber wie beschrieben auch öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze weiter unten. Was wir sehr schade fanden, war, dass die Potresina-Gästekarte nicht dabei ist.

Das Duschbad war neu

− Wohnung ist total überteuert. Die Möbel sind alt, verschrammt, teilweise fleckig. Küchenarbeitsplatte in miserablem Zustand Fenster ungeputzt, Vorhänge ausgebleicht, teilweise fleckig mit Riss. Schlafzimmer wegen Dachschräge nur gebückt begehbar. Das Bett mussten wir erst um 90° drehen, damit man unabhängig voneinander raus / rein kommt. Aus unserer Sicht sind beide Schlafzimmer eher als Kojen zu bezeichnen. Kopfkissen bestehen aus brettharten Gummipolstern. Balkon ungepflegt, durch die hohe Brüstung keine Sicht aus dem Wohnbereich. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde zusätzlich die Bezahlung der City-Tax eingefordert, obwohl diese schon bei der Buchung bezahlt wurde!
