9.0Owner is helpful & friendly. They make use of space to make things comfortable for 4pax. The apartment amenities was superb - fridge with freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, warm shower. Can request housekeeping if needed. Walkable (±20mins) to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Great morning view. Got 7E and shops nearby below.
− Mostly non Owner related. Small space but big furniture, tend to bump my toes on them huhu. Only 1 parking available inside building (as per concierge told) Limited parking outside (free/pay) Only FOC parking on Friday. Swimming pool need to pay (TnC) w timing restrictions. Dont come here if Pool is what you want.

8.0Nice view from balcony, comfortable apt can accommodate 4pax, clean and tidy.
− The path to parking area very narrow with sharp corner challenging for mpv
