6.0The Pros 1st.. 1. The rooms due to having roller shutters was dark 2. The place even though near a church and markets was quiet 3. Kitchen was fully stocked 4 Shower was good 5 WIFI never dropped once 6 Easy to find 7 Walking distance to REWE and bakery etc 8. In town 9 Near Church if that is your thing 10 Quiet
− 1. The main area is a raised up 1.5 courses from bedroom and bathrooms 2. Noise from neighbors above coming and going at 6am every morning 3. The first two nights the water on bathroom was near icy due to cold weather and step down into at night was rather dangerous as is the bedrooms also considering with roller shutters down this place is dark 4 parking during the week, find a place behind the bakery and don't move your car unless you got parking permit for town on weekends no issue 5 Mould in bathroom walls due to small exhaust fan even with the window open mould is growing there. 6. My question is to the Owner I have never stayed in a place that has that kind of ceiling before can I ask is that fire resistant please can you advise. 7 speaking of which I was unable to locate the smoke alarm in the apartment. 8.The Beds are awful please change those, one of the beds the frame is broken 9 No biggie but stuff left in bathroom, freezer and kitchen from previous tenant. ..
