10.0Spazioso, comodo avere un bagno anche al piano superiore, molto ben attrezzata la cucina, pulizia eccellente, proprietario molto premuroso, posizione in centro città ma non rumoroso, il passeggino si può lasciare nel corridoio dell' entrata

9.0Casa molto. accogliente, vicino al centro e a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili.

8.0Casa molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort (ho adorato la lavastoviglie in vacanza!), posizionata nel centro storico in una via non trafficata, perfetta quando la sera si vuole andare a prendere un gelatino in centro. La signora Annamaria e Vittorio ti accolgono con grande affetto e non mancano cordialità ed estrema disponibilità.
− La casa è posta al secondo piano, senza ascensore (fattibili ma penso sia giusto che si sappia), vicini purtroppo non troppo cordiali, dista un po' dalla spiaggia (noi abbiamo preso delle bici a noleggio con cui in pochi minuti eravamo sul lungomare), che comunque è raggiungibile in una decina di minuti di passeggiata. Nella camera principale manca l'aria condizionata, ma accendendo quella della sala un po' il fresco riesce ad arrivare: forse sarebbe utile fornire un ventilatore per aiutare l'aria a circolare meglio. Il nostro soggiorno è comunque stato molto positivo!
