10.0Eine wunderschöne, geräumige, super ausgestattete Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist sehr groß und hat alles was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbsttverpflegung benötigt. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Zimmer gut geschnitten. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse mit Bergblick verbracht.. Für Fragen und Anliegen standen die Vermieter immer parat und waren sehr freundlich. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

10.0Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt Sie lag sehr zentral man war sehr schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum von Oberstdorf

8.0− Guests using the barbecue in the ground floor flat immediately below us (on three consecutive nights) meant that we couldn't use our balcony because of the fumes - which also affected the bedroom. Key code could have texted in advance to avoid having to go to a different address first.

5.0Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Kostenfreie Sauna.....
− Die Wohnung wurde als Apartment angeboten....allerdings ohne Hinweis , dass es sich um eine Wohnung im Souterrain handelt. Für uns war die Wohnung zu dunkel. Des weitern war die Terrasse sehr lieblos angelegt.
Ein lohnendes Urlaubsziel
9.0Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung, Das die Küchenausstattung über das Maß hinaus sehr reichhaltig war (zwei Kaffeemaschinen). Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Regenschirme, Wäscheständer und sogar eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Das Fernsehangebot (Netflix u.a.) war gut aber war nur bedingt nutzbar (mehrmaliger Abruch wegen fehlenden Abo).
− Leider wurde der Saunabereich nicht beachtet. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt und eine Anleitung war, entgegen den Hinweisen im Ordner, nicht vorhanden. Das Handwaschbecken im Bad war leider defekt, da das Abwasser nicht richtig abfloss und sich staute. Die Couch ist für große Menschen eher ungeeignet und unbequem. Die Matratzen waren bereits leicht durchgelegen (eine Kuhle gespürt).
