− The sofa is old and uncomfortable. The microwave makes uneasy noise.
A comfortable stay and Tumelo was very prompt with replies and assistance when needed.

− The curtains were not clean the rooms were small and the sheets were dirty as well
It fell far below my expectations and was deeply disappointing.
4.0The place is located in a well secured area. There is a great golf course with excellent pathways for walking and exercise. The check in was good as it was done remotely and the security gate keepers were friendly.
− The hygiene and housekeeping was poor. The toilet skirtings were dusty, the kitchen cabinets were damaged at the bottom, most likely due to a previous flood. It seems the floor mat had also been flooded and not fully cleaned up from the foul smell coming out from it. No toilet paper or toiletries were were provided and there was no prior warning on this. There was water left in a 25l container but there was no indication or communication on what it was for, or even whether it was potable or meant for emergency supply in the event of tap water shortage. It is not clear whether this is kept from one guest to another, which would open up the risk of contamination between guests. Some utensils were chipped and one source pan had permanent black stains in it. We were on second floor of a building, without lifts, and we had no prior knowledge of this as we would have preferred a ground floor as we have a disabled family member. The communication with the host was not effective as they did not respond meaningfully to quarries or complaints. It is like the messaging is AI generated. We had no physical, even telephone conversation with the host or housekeepers. No housekeeping was done during the two days we were there. The facility was far short of the standard I expect and is also overpriced for that. I will think twice about booking apartment accommodation in South Africa in the future.
