Wonderful apartment in a good location, very clean and comfortable; excellent communication!

We loved the apartment and would certainly rent it again. It is located just a 10-minute drive from the airport (we booked a taxi via Booking.com and it was a great decision!). I liked the view from the window, as well as the location of the apartment – among the local population, away from the crowds of tourists. There are good bus connections to popular tourist destinations though. There is a local shop across the road, restaurants nearby, and supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi, and Lidl - just a 20-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more (towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, a TV, a mini espresso coffee maker, a gas cooker, a mini-oven, pots, cutlery, glasses, as well as coffee, sugar, salt, washing-up liquid, and more). The beds were very comfortable, so we slept well. Communication with the owner was fantastic! I received the code for the key box on the day of arrival, and we got into the apartment without any problems, although we arrived well after 1 a.m. A great feature is the laundry room on the roof of the building and the option to dry clothes on the terrace (plus great view!), as well as in the room adjacent to the bathroom. There was no rush to leave the apartment on the day of departure, which I appreciated very much!

− For me personally, the only inconvenience was the very long corridor in the apartment and the lack of an elevator in the building, which is not the owner's fault, and cannot be improved. However - it is worth mentioning because possibly this is not the best solution for people with disabilities or limited mobility. Personally, I had difficulty carrying a heavy suitcase up the winding stairs to the first floor, but this is the only disadvantage of this accommodation.

Posizione molto comoda come base per girare l’isola in macchina, appartamento spazioso, pulito e accogliente. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile , ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene

Die Wohnung war sauber und für des das sie im centrum von San Isidro war sehr leise und ruhig

− Das es kein Sat TV gab alles in Spanienisch Und man könnte mal eine Neues Sofa anschaffen da dies schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Und eventuelle könnte man auch eine richtig Kaffeemaschine anschaffen weil das fehlt leider noch.
