Kiváló hely a kikapcsolódásra, de a fűtés elégtelensége miatt hideg időben senkinek sem javaslom.
2.0Nagyon csendes, elszeparált, tiszta.
− Elégtelen fűtés. 1 klíma +1 törölközőszárító az egész ingatlan fűtése; fáztunk pedig még nincs is igazán téli időjárás. A bojler kapacitása sem kielégítő, cserébe viszont folyamatosan újramelegít, nem csak esti áramon.
