I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

− For the location and the property size are good, I rated 8.0 points, but regarding the bad and sad experience of not refunding the deposit, I changed my rating to 5 points after two and half months. The host did not refund the deposit with many various excuses, even over two months. I have no damaged anything, and no pollution anywhere, I also tidied and cleaned up, even throwing the rubbish before I checked out. I feel very upset about this bad experience of living there. For those who will stay here, I strongly remind them to take photos for self-reference, such as: the old carpet has stains, the door handle of the shower room is cracked, the plastic drawer in the fridge is broken, etc. Btw, toilet paper and laundry detergent are only available in small quantities, and cooking utensils are old and damaged and should not be used.
