5.0The apartment has a lot of amenities nearby like shops and food. It is huge with 4 bedrooms (one was without Aircon). The beds were comfortable. The host was also very attentive to questions and requests. We requested a second set of keys and he passed us a second set of keys in the night although he didn't have to.
− I was a bit disappointed at the cleanliness, given the high scores from other reviews. We saw ants on one of the beds and lizard in the kitchen. The apartment also needs more maintenance: door handles to the connecting toilet were fixed with masking tape, floor skirting fixed with tape etc. We had major problems with the washing machine which gave multiple errors when we used it several times. The service yard was also very messy and made it hard to troubleshoot what went wrong with the washing machine. The host was very nice and tried to resolve the problem over the phone in the night.

8.0Owner was kind and very helpful, checking in and out was easy, the unit is spotlessly clean and complete with all the basic amenities.Beds were ok. However, it will be better of the living room is equipped with Aircond as the weather now is hot.
− Toilets were pretty small except for master. A bit noisy at night.
