Offered a measly £40 refund. I felt terrible allowing my children to stay there. Avoid this place. I wouldn’t stay there
1.0Nothing. It was disgraceful.
− Broken shards of glass on rug. Dog biscuits under coffee table. Dog hairs on bed sheets. Bowl of half eaten crisps in cupboard. Floors were un mopped. Loads of hairs in bath. Strong strong smell of dogs.

Forget about cushions and fix the fundamentals of the property.
1.0The inside was tidy and presentable. Comfortable beds.
− The whole property was damp, serous water ingress on ceiling in living room and back bedroom. The damage was covered with a sheet in one room. Close door was hanging off its hinges. Has serious concerns about the structural integrity of the whole space.

5.0Good location - in the centre of Blairgowrie, right opposite a butcher selling excellent pies. Heating was good and the flat is quite spacious inside. Large TV, powerful shower. We used the flat as a base for exploring the Dunkeld and Blairgowrie area.
− The flat was very messy and contained bags of rubbish when we arrived; it hadn't been cleaned because of a mistake made by the cleaner. This was rectified quite quickly... but it shouldn't have happened. Smells quite damp in some of the rooms - evidence of water damage to the ceilings in the lounge and main bedroom.

− Quite noisey as next to the road. Seemed quite pricey.
Disappointing accommodation.
4.0The heating worked well, the apartment was warm.
− The entrance hall had strong diffuser odour, the kitchen smelt like the last visitors did some serious frying, so we agreed the house smelled, it was off-putting! Seemed to need a good airing. Being right on a main road, the traffic was very very noisy. The TV instructions were on a grease stained, crumply bit of paper - ick! The hallway main door was pulled off its hinges sometime over our stay, making it difficult to get our luggage out. Also being on the main road, there is no parking. Our request for a solution was kindly met, round the corner behind the pub! Thank you.
