10.0Friendly consistent communication, lovely clean comfortable big apartment, lots of little touches including complimentary bottle of wine, traveller information, quality appliances, clean and homely feel. Branding was very easy to contact and happy to help if needed!

8.0The location was excellent, near the ferry terminal. The apartment had a lovely outdoor eating area overlooking the pool.
− The pillows could be better. The bathrooms are dated but clean. The floor needed a vacuum.
