9.0Die Gastgeberin Dita war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar... Wohnung wie beschrieben und Parkplatz im Preis enthalten.

1.0Statt Erdgeschoss und schöne Ausicht zum Bolevard und Meer haben wir in Souterrain/Keller gelandet mit schrecklichen engen Treppenstufen. Den Ausicht zum Bolevard und Meer war von Keller nur durch schmale, kleine Fluchtweg Fenster das hat mann nur Bolevard- Asfalt gesehen. Das alles war in Werbung verschwiegen. Wir sind nur rein und sofort raus gegangen . Eine Katastrophe Wohnung. Jetzt schalten wir unser Rechtsanwalt diese ganze Geld in Höhe von 847, 96 zurück zu bekommen.
− Uns hat nicht gefallen das in Anzeige steht Erdgeschoß Wohnung statt Souterrain/ Kellerapartment, die falsche Bilder über Außenansicht ( tatsächlich Ausicht zum Bolevard nur durch kleine Keller Flucht Fenster. ). Diese gefährliche Treppenstufen zum Wohnung . Das alles war verschwiegen in Werbung.

5.0Die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand und zur City.
− Die sehr steile Treppe. Ja, man konnte sie auf dem Foto sehen. Tatsächlich ist sie noch steiler und enger Zum Glück haben wir nur einen kleinen Hund. So konnte ich ihn hinunter tragen. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass man diese Treppe nehmen muss um in die Wohnung zu gelangen.
