I already knew this area pretty well, yet thanks to this unique “pied à terre” I truly felt like a local.
10.0The Studio Chasselas offers an excellent base for exploring the Montreux-Vevey region and beyond. The living space is very comfortable and completely self-contained. There is a wide choice of TV channels and and reliable wifi. Public transport around Villeneuve is exceptional … there are boat, bus and train connections just minutes from the studio. A handy Coop and a number of local restaurants allow the option of eating in or dining out. I thoroughly enjoyed my week here! The warm welcome accorded to me by Madame Bertholet and the opportunity to sample a number of the family’s excellent wines made for a truly memorable visit.

8.0Host was very friendly. She met us when we checked in and invited us to taste some of her wines that night at a street party. Although the street party was busy until the double glazed windows meant this wasn't a problem for us.
