The location was good. lot of things n places were near

− The place was dirty,spider webs noted. bedding smelling. kitchen utensils old, pots were burning the food even if the stove is on 1.

It was a great venue

Ammy is such a great host , first time we stayed in room 511 and now in room 404 , and my family just loves it there , Its close to the beach , close to the shops its generally a good accomodation

− The escalator was not working , the cleaner should pay more attention to detail

Good location, close to shops and entertainment centre for kids, easy access to the beach. Emmie was a great host, even though we did not meet her in person. She made sure that we felt welcomed and she would also call to check if we were OK.

− No housekeeping during our stay.

The location and sea views were amazing. Emmie was an attentive and friendly host ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Shops are across the road. Modern fittings.

− The stove just needs some attention. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Compliments The host was nice and has a welcoming personality. She recommended the nearest shopping complex & stores, beach & bar to relax [  ] Couches are nice & comfortable [  ] Tv is small, but it's a smart TV & it's nice n loud, we didn't need to use our small speaker for music [  ] Nice view [  ] Peaceful area [  ] Great lighting [  ] Beautiful comfortable sofas [  ] Main bedroom bed is comfortable  & clean There are 2 commune swimming pools.they looked clean, though I didn't use them.

− Complains [ ] Cutlery rusted [ ] Kitchen hot water wasn't hot enough [ ] Rusty clothing rack [ ] Towels, throws & blankets are worn out [ ] Windows in bedroom 2 don't close properly [ ] Main door(butler) is sticky & has rust, needs repainting. [ ] Pots are weak & and burn food easily [ ] Tiles and planks in the wardrobe? [ ] Kettle didn't work properly, had to ask for a replacement & that was done. [ ] No chopping boards or serving trays [ ] Cups & plates are a mix match, not a set [ ] There's a glass table, the chairs are rusted & wiggles [ ] There is no hot water in the kitchen. There's a geyser but not heating up the water enough. [ ] Blunt knives [ ] Fridge isn't cold enough. Only the freezer part works perfectly [ ] Do away with the small charcoal braai stand n maybe get a gas braai or get a proper built it charcoal braai area. [ ] Pillows in the 2nd other bedroom smelt like mold [ ] 2nd bedroom bed wasn't comfortable on the 1 side. [ ] 3rd bedroom, 1 bed had a dirty sheet with a big stain on it. [ ] Bath tub drains water very slowly & as a result, we had to share a shower which a serious inconvenience.
