Apartamentul este aranjat cu bun gust,mobilierul este nou(lenjerii de pat,prosoape,pătură,pilote) Bucătăria este utilata cu ce ai nevoie(vesela,cuptor cu microunde,filtru de cafea-dolce gusto oferit de proprietara,condimente,ulei,zahar) Baia la fel (cabina de dus,uscător de păr). Distanta cu mașina fata de Aqua Parc Prezident 5 min,pe jos maxim 10 min. Apartamentul este la parterul blocului,geamuri mari la nivelul solului. Aer condiționat.
− Un minus-In imobil și în baie se simte un miros care nu am reușit să îmi dau seama de unde vine(probabil din subsolul blocului,de pe aerisire 🤷).
