9.0A lakás nagy, világos, jó az elrendezés, nagy kényelmes ágyak. Közel van több standhoz is, a központhoz. Gyalog, pár percre vannak az üzletek, kajáldák. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, udvarias volt.
− Foglaláskor nem figyeltem, hogy a lakásban lehet dohányozni, így amikor beléptünk enyhén érződőtt a cigaretta szag, viszont szellőztetéssel ezt is orvosoltuk.

10.0Nu suntem prima data aici, cunoastem locul, il preferam pentru ca desi foarte aproape de centru este totusi un loc foarte linistit iar raportul calitate pret este imbatabil.
− Intotdeauna poate fi loc de mai bine dar in ceea ce ne priveste pe noi nu am avut aspecte care sa ne deranjeze.
