8.0Gute Lage, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand und zur Promenade. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein Parkplatz ist für jede Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
− Die vorhandenen Parkplätze sind sehr eng. Im Bad könnten mehr Ablageflächen sein. Das Internet könnte schneller und stabiler sein.

10.0Es gibt alles was man braucht in der Nähe.Essen ,Einkauf nur 10min Fußweg und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Waschmaschine im Haus ist auch sehr gut. Das beste ist nähe zu Strand keine 3min zu Fuß.

10.0Lage sehr zentral, zum Kurpark. Zentrum und Strand. Sauna im Haus war sehr sauber und schön.
