4.0The sea view was exceptional, and the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from town. Parking was convenient, and the parking permit was much appreciated. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable. Easy check-in, great communication with the owners from booking to arrival.
− I really dislike writing reviews like this, but unfortunately, it's a must. Considering it is listed as a "Penthouse," attention to detail is required for deep cleaning and cleanliness. The inner doors were cheap, nasty brown doors with stains on them. The window frames were filthy and had not been cleaned for some time. The balcony was dirty and full of bird poop, and only one cushion was supplied for the outdoor seats. There were multiple carpet stains, and the mirrors, including the main staircase, were filthy. Bird poop all over the balcony ledge. Strange egg smell in the bathroom. TV didn't work and kept getting signal warning on the screen. Very minimalistic for the price I paid, no welcome pack with local information available which would have been helpful.
