10.0Loved everything from the spacious flat to the cleanliness of the flat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were amazing. Loved even more that instead of 2 single beds, there was 1 comfortable double bed on one of the rooms. Will definitely book there again when visiting Amanzimtoti

− Cold water for shower the first night, host forgot to turn on the geyser via an APP.

6.0Nice to sit on the balcony. Superb view. 3 separate bedrooms a bonus. Security guard very helpful with all our questions.
− We did not have all the information to check-in. Had to wait outside with bagge before we could open the door. Apartment was not freshly cleaned. Floors dusty. Dirty blankets with spots on. Sofa very uncomfortable. Limited supply on items like towels, toiletpaper, cutlery, extra bedding, soap. No packing space in kitchen for supplies-limited access to cupboards. We can make comparisons since we stayed in the same building last year, different unit.
