10.0I liked it all - big porch to enjoy sun, clean and bright living room/kitchen, with all what I needed including internet that was not mentioned in the description. The location just on the edge of the town is really good for people who like outdoor activities like walking or jogging near the river, and specially great for cycling (I brought my bicycle) both road and offroad. I really enjoyed my time there.
