Location is good, the place is well presented.

− Zero help or communication from the owner after I raised several issues. The temp was exceptionally hot, so I get that, but there were no fans (England does have occasional very hot days so fans should be standard) - raised with no owner: no response. At one point both TVs didn't work - raised with owner: no response. The microwave didn't work - raised with owner: no response. There's no way I will ever stay here again.

Pleasant stay, great location - easy walking distance into the city centre and very quiet. Good value for money

Great property plenty of space. Good layout, so much light and very quiet.

− Some of the towels were a bit smelly. I texted to ask if the property came with a hair dryer and received no reply. Could do with a slightly bigger frying pan.

We loved staying there and would stay again.

Location was great, loved being close to the park. Great facilities and very comfortable, we would stay again.

− The building was very hot when we arrived but this is not the fault of the host as there is a heatwave.

Great location and layout with just minor niggles.

The accommodation was really well laid out given the limited footprint of the plot it sits on. It has all that is needs for a comfortable stay and the bedrooms each with a shower are all they need to be.

− The kitchen seems fine but the microwave didn’t want to work for us and there is a bit of a shortage of mugs and wine glasses (6 champagne flutes not withstanding!)
